What is Included?

→ 6 x 1:1 sessions (biweekly over 3 months)
These sessions are the anchor of our work together. Each one is an invitation to drop in and explore in depth whatever has been coming up for you. Sessions will be based on somatic processing, integrated attachment theory and tantra.

Each week there will be a new topic of focus with teaching videos and relevant workbook questions.

You will have a full year to access all lessons and practices.

→ Voice note support (Mon-Fri)
During this mentorship you will have direct access to me for check-ins and real-time support. You can send voice notes or messages whenever you need advice, reflection, or just someone to support you in what you are moving through.

Stage 1
Awakening
Recognise the patterns and beliefs that have been holding you back from love. You’ll gain clarity on what’s been running in the background of your relationships and start to see where change is possible.

Stage 2
Safety and Self Connection
Build a deep sense of trust and safety within yourself. Learn to feel secure in your own presence, which lays the foundation for authentic and confident connection with others.
Stage 3
Healing Old Wounds
Release the childhood experiences, early hurts, and limiting beliefs that have shaped how you relate to yourself and others. You’ll uncover the roots of old patterns, let go of lingering shame or fear, and create space for emotional freedom and healthier ways of connecting.
Stage 4
Inner Narrative
Explore the ongoing stories and self-talk that shape how you experience love and connection. You’ll uncover the beliefs and assumptions that keep you stuck, challenge the ones that no longer serve you, and rewrite the narrative to support self-trust, confidence, and healthy relationships.

Stage 5
Breaking The Patterns
Move beyond the cycles that keep repeating in your relationships. You’ll identify self-sabotaging habits, push/pull dynamics, and avoidance behaviours, and learn how to consciously respond in new ways. This is where awareness turns into action, allowing you to create healthier, more aligned connections.
Stage 6
Embodying Self Worth and Compassion
Step fully into your value, confidence and compassion for yourself. You’ll strengthen self-respect, honour your needs, and cultivate kindness toward yourself, creating a foundation for authentic, secure relationships. By embodying your worth with compassion, you naturally attract love that reflects your value.
Stage 7
Expression and Needs
Learn to communicate your feelings, desires and boundaries clearly and confidently. You’ll practise expressing yourself authentically without guilt, fear or people-pleasing, creating deeper understanding and connection. Honouring your needs allows you to show up fully and attract relationships that are aligned and respectful.

Stage 8
Nervous System Tools
Learn practical tools to manage triggers, overwhelm and emotional shutdown. You’ll build felt safety within yourself, so you can stay grounded and present in challenging moments. By regulating your nervous system, you’ll respond to relationships from clarity and calm instead of fear or reactivity.
Stage 9
Integration and Practice
Bring all the insights and shifts from previous weeks into your daily life. You’ll practise new ways of being and relating, strengthen your self-trust, and embed the changes so they become your natural way of showing up. This stage turns transformation into lasting, real-world results in your relationships and beyond.

Stage 10
Choosing Aligned Love
Gain clarity on what you truly want and need in a partner. You’ll learn to recognise and attract people who match your values, desires, and emotional needs, while letting go of patterns that lead to misaligned connections. This stage empowers you to make conscious choices that support healthy, fulfilling relationships.
Stage 11
Deepening Connection
Cultivate deeper intimacy, trust, and authentic closeness in your relationships. You’ll practise honest and vulnerable communication, learning to express your needs and feelings clearly while listening with empathy. This stage helps you create bonds that are open, supportive, and deeply connected.

Stage 12
Expansion and Next Steps
Step fully into the transformation you’ve created over the programme. You’ll consolidate your new patterns, self-trust, and ways of relating, and create a roadmap for sustaining love, connection, and personal growth beyond these 12 weeks. This stage empowers you to continue building the life and relationships you truly desire.
